When people say “I like Trump…but..”, they should understand those “but” characteristics they dislike are the very traits that make Trump the best champion in our lifetime, for this current “cold” civil war. Klingenstein explains: “Doubters shouldn’t be bothered by a President who says Haiti is a shiihole behind closed doors, or that Maxine Waters has a low IQ . Doubters should be worried about a candidate who can’t say it, won’t say it, or lies about saying it.”
Below are a few Trump reminders that Tom makes in his speech.
Trump knows the media can’t be negotiated with, or reformed. It must be defeated.
Trump smoked out rats from hiding places. We now know our intelligence agencies are corrupt.

The “cold” civil war divide in our country was exposed by Trump, not created by him.
In war you need strong men to make a stand. Trump is a manly man, with resolve.
When you’re in the right, you fight to win. Sometimes this means doing distasteful things.
Leadership strength is in short supply. Trump understands there are no clean hands in a fist fight.
Trump wants people to learn how to love our country, not be taught how to hate it.

President Trump's Mar-A-Lago home raided / occupied by a large group of FBI agents.
“Fourteen FBI agents have come to our office as whistleblowers, and they are good people,” Jordan told Fox News. “There are lots of good people in the FBI. It’s the top that is the problem. Some of these good agents are coming to us, telling us … what’s going on—the political nature now of the Justice Department … talking about the school board issue, about a whole host of issues.”
Two months ago, Jordan said that six FBI whistleblowers approached the committee. Two came forward in relation to a school board memo and four in connection to the Jan. 6 Capitol breach. In the Senate, meanwhile, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said in July that whistleblowers had come to his office to provide information, including disclosures relating to investigations into Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings.
These are dark times for our Nation, as my beautiful home, Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents. Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before. After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate. It is prosecutorial misconduct, the weaponization of the Justice System, and an attack by Radical Left Democrats who desperately don’t want me to run for President in 2024, especially based on recent polls, and who will likewise do anything to stop Republicans and Conservatives in the upcoming Midterm Elections.
Such an assault could only take place in broken, Third-World Countries. Sadly, America has now become one of those Countries, corrupt at a level not seen before. They even broke into my safe! What is the difference between this and Watergate, where operatives broke into the Democrat National Committee? Here, in reverse, Democrats broke into the home of the 45th President of the United States.
The political persecution of President Donald J. Trump has been going on for years, with the now fully debunked Russia, Russia, Russia Scam, Impeachment Hoax #1, Impeachment Hoax #2, and so much more, it just never ends. It is political targeting at the highest level.
Hillary Clinton was allowed to delete and acid wash 33,000 E-mails AFTER they were subpoenaed by Congress. Absolutely nothing has happened to hold her accountable. She even took antique furniture, and other items from the White House.
I stood up to America’s bureaucratic corruption, I restored power to the people, and truly delivered for our Country, like we have never seen before. The establishment hated it. Now, as they watch my endorsed candidates win big victories, and see my dominance in all polls, they are trying to stop me, and the Republican Party, once more. The lawlessness, political persecution, and Witch Hunt must be exposed and stopped.

. Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) has always been a defender of Constitutional freedoms, and a fierce critic of government expansion, entrenchment, and overreach. So, when Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) had his phone confiscated by the FBI the day after that same FBI executed an unprecedented raid on former President Donald Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago ... Massie tweeted some hard truths:
"Once you realize this is a hot war between the embedded elements of big government and conservatives who threaten their existence, you can understand the tactical and psychological significance of the FBI notoriously seizing the House Freedom Caucus chairman’s cell phone."

Massie rightly described what is going on as a hot war, and the flaming volleys are flying over all our heads right now. The Biden administration weaponized the Department of Justice the minute they chose to ignore the fallout from the 2020 Summer of Love and the rampant crime in major cities. Instead of doing what federal law enforcement is tasked to do, they decided to change the definition of domestic terrorist to target people who were nowhere near the Capitol on January 6, and investigate protesting parents who do not like what school boards are doing to their children without their permission.
Also note that Massie did not say, “Democrats and Republicans,” he said, “big government and conservatives.” Our government is targeting anyone who is standing athwart draconian government and infringement on civil liberties. Perry is the face of the Freedom Caucus and a stanch Trump ally, so he is exactly the type of person the DOJ wishes to make an example of. Shock and awe is their tactic, as well as intimidation: If they can go after a sitting member of Congress, what is to stop them from coming after you?
Massie ended his tweet thread with insight into what could be the result of this phone seizure:
"I’m not in the Freedom Caucus, but I’d say: every meeting of that group, all of the internal dynamics, every source of information, every conversation with GOP leadership, all major donors, recruitment efforts, unofficial whistle blowers can all be gleaned from that one phone."

Our country is currently facing a great threat. A new enemy has emerged from the shadows that seeks to destroy and intimidate their way to a transformed state, and country, that you and I would hardly recognize. This enemy has taken over media, educational institutions, corporate boards, professional sports, foundations, and professional institutions. They have left no corner of our lives untouched. By any measure, until last week, the culture war had been a 30-year rout. Conservatives lost on everything: abortion, gay marriage, immigration, affirmative action, control over media and academia, and the death penalty. This sorry record of failure is one reason why Trump is so popular and so effective. His chief source of support is from the voters.
Trump is not hidebound by the customs and pieties of Conservatism Inc. These well-funded operations make a million excuses about decorum and “the way things are done” in order to justify losing. They are more interested in the status and prestige of being a respected (junior) member of the ruling class, rather than achieving the results it ostensibly believed in.
The federal government, which was supposed to be kept in narrow lines, had free rein. At the same time, the rubes in flyover country and their states were treated as occupied territory, whose exercises in democracy would have to pass the ever-evolving standards of the coasts. (More)
The #NeverTrump caucus within Conservatism Inc. .. such as National Review, merely brushed aside the problem of the Supreme Court, as if it had not been a massive obstacle to the success of conservatives and self-government for the last 50 years. Hillary’s impact on the Court would have been enormous. And Conservatism Inc. did not care.
Trump is hostile to the ruling class. His presidency showed a commitment to actually getting the job done and keeping his promises.
This culminated last week in a string of victories at the Supreme Court, including the once-unthinkable reversal of Roe v. Wade.
None of this would have happened without the Trump presidency.

There will be countless analyses and opinion pieces to follow, but the short of it is this: The Court has formally overturned its rulings in Roe v. Wade (1973) and Casey v. Planned Parenthood (1992). The official holding is this: “The Constitution does not confer a right to abortion; Roe and Casey are overruled; and the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the people and their elected representatives.”

“The bureaucrats in D.C. who control our National Guard have also refused to increase the number of guardsmen despite our increasing population, leaving Florida with the second worst National Guardsman to resident ratio..By reestablishing the Florida State Guard under the leadership of Lieutenant Colonel Graham, we have a great opportunity to expand our capability to help people in times of need or disaster.”
