It is up to the Red States.

Election laws were unlawfully changed in the lead-up to the 2020 election because of lawsuits by Democrat lawyers, generally bypassing the state legislatures, who constitutionally have the final say on election law.

It is up to the Red States. 

Each state dominated by Republicans, where Republicans hold both houses of the state Legislature (there are 31) which would also include the governorship (there are 24) should pass election integrity laws.  

Eliminate unsolicited mail-in ballots, something done unnecessarily because of COVID.

Mandate one election "day" .. Declare it a holiday. Limit early voting to two weeks

Require proof of citizenship - Mandate photo ID, something that for Democrats, is akin to daylight for vampires. 

But there is more.

No longer can conservatives sit by and allow companies and sports entities to bully and abuse us. Any company / sports entity who threatens or implements a boycott of a red state for passing entirely legitimate legislation should be banned from all future and existing state contracts, tax breaks, set-asides, anti-trust protections and further business dealings with the state.  

Legislation considered within the purview of the state would contain laws and protections involving religious liberty and protecting children and students from the various and sundry depredations of leftist theories and policies, including such gems as transgenderism and Critical Race Theory, bogus refugee and illegal alien resettlement. 

Attorneys general of red states should pursue litigation against left-wing corporations that infringe on the rights of their states' citizens, "canceling" individuals who espouse conservative or traditional beliefs; and otherwise prohibiting normal, free, and open expression.

States like Texas and Florida, with their large populations and economic clout and with supportive governors — notably Ron DeSantis of Florida — can take the lead, but any state so inclined can move aggressively.

Multiple Governors Signal They Won’t Put Up With Biden’s Second Amendment Attack:

“Biden is threatening our 2nd Amendment rights. He just announced a new liberal power grab to take away our guns,” Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) wrote. “We will NOT allow this in TX.

Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy (R) said that Biden’s actions “won’t save lives or stop criminals. Alaska is a Second Amendment sanctuary state, and we will be evaluating our options.”

“I think it’s out of control and it’s obvious that they can’t get it through Congress and so he’s acting on his own,” Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds (R) said. He is continuing to divide the country and he’s doing it through these outlandish Executive Orders.”

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem (R) highlighted the portion of the Second Amendment that states “shall not be infringed,” writing: “Taking away guns with Red Flag laws is an infringement. Placing new limits on firearms sales is an infringement. Curbing ammo purchases is an infringement.”

Idaho Governor Brad Little (R) said, “Idaho will not stand for President Biden’s unilateral actions to erode your Second Amendment rights,” Little said. “Idaho’s Congressional delegation and I are in lockstep in our opposition."

Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon (R) said “I oppose any orders or actions imposed from the federal level that infringe on this fundamental right. Today I signed HB 236 which prohibits financial institutions and payment processors in Wyoming from discriminating against firearms businesses engaged in lawful commerce.”

Idaho became the fourth state to ban requiring proof of vaccination before residents can use certain public services or goods.

GOP Gov. Brad Little signed an executive order prohibiting so-called “vaccine passport” laws, following the leads of Florida, Texas, and Utah. Little’s order also comes after the state of New York began pushing an app for people to prove their vaccination status in February.

60 Minutes (worth of lies) reported Gov.DeSantis engaged in a “pay for play” scheme with Publix

Democrat Palm Beach County Mayor Dave Kerner described the 60 Minutes as “intentionally false”

Biden's proposed ‘vaccine passport’ is worse than you realize

Press Secretary Jen Psaki outlined what role the Biden administration will play in developing a Wuhan coronavirus “Vaccine Passport” as private companies plan to bar unvaccinated people from public events. 

In 2021, the major corporations with which Americans do business are, without exception, leftist. These corporations will do the dirty work the Biden administration can’t do because it’s hamstrung by the Constitution.

A constitutional government would side with the People as corporations bar them from traveling, shopping, working, attending events, and doing anything else unless they inject a substance into their bodies.

This government, however, will support corporations that force people into vaccinations if they wish to function.

 To the extent that the passport will inevitably be digitized in some manner, it will allow the government to track people’s activities in a way even greater than the government can now. This is an unreasonable form of searching that violates the Fourth Amendment.

DeSantis said in a press conference on March 29 that he will take emergency executive action shortly against the concept of Americans needing a vaccine passport to be able to travel domestically and internationally.

“It’s completely unacceptable for either the government or the private sector to impose upon you the requirement that you show proof of vaccine to just simply be able to participate in normal society.”

Florida Proves It.

Statewide totals from 2020 indicate that Republicans in Florida cast half a million more early votes than Democrats.

When you add Election Day into the mix, Republicans cast over 915,000 more in-person ballots than Democrats. Even in Miami-Dade County, the bedrock of Florida’s Democratic electorate, Republicans beat out Democrats in early voting by over 56,000 votes.

That degree of emphasis on in-person voting tells me two things: Donald Trump’s influence over his base cannot be understated, and Republican leaders should capitalize on expanding in-person voting opportunities.
