New audio of phone call that vindicates Trump was DELETED by Georgia investigator, found in her ‘trash’

The media conspiracy against Trump became a lot more serious on Monday when the Washington Post retracted its January story claiming that President Donald Trump had pressured Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to “find the fraud” in the 2020 election and said that he’d be a “national hero” if he did.

A recording of the call definitively proved that the quotes cited by theWashington Post, and then parroted by other outlets, were never actually said by the president at all.

The Washington Post claimed its quotes were confirmed by an anonymous source, and at least five major news outlets claimed to independently confirm that Trump said things he never said.

• NBC News reported it “confirmed The Post’s characterization of the Dec. 23 call through a source familiar with the conversation.”
• USA Today claimed a “Georgia official speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss internal matters confirmed the details of the call.”
• ABC News reported: “President Donald Trump phoned a chief investigator in Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office asking the official to ‘find the fraud’ and telling this person they would be a ‘national hero’ for it, an individual familiar with the matter confirmed to ABC News.”
• PBS NewsHour and CNN likewise appeared to claim they independently “confirmed” the story through their own anonymous sources.

 — A pop-up clinic could push Volusia County over a metric Gov. Ron DeSantis is touting these days: the percentage of seniors who've received their COVID-19 vaccinations.

By next week, DeSantis says more than 60% of the county's seniors will have been inoculated. The governor spoke to reporters Friday outside the Crane Lakes Golf & Country Club community center, where hundreds of seniors had been getting the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.

Asked by a reporter about the balance between hosting tourism-generating events such as Bike Week and safety, DeSantis again emphasized individual liberty.

Florida’s freedom has drawn people and economic activity to the state. It ranked third among “U-Haul Migration Growth States” for one-way rentals. While travel is still lower than it was last year, several airlines including Southwest, Spirit and United have added direct flights to Florida this winter. “The addition of these new flights represents United’s largest expansion of point-to-point, non-hub flying and reflects our data driven approach to add capacity where customers are telling us they want to go,” said Ankit Gupta, the airline’s vice president in charge of domestic scheduling.

The state “had an acceleration of some of the business migration that we’ve seen, particularly in finance,” Mr. DeSantis says. The Hedge Fund Association hosted a webinar last month titled “Capitalizing on South Florida,” highlighting investment firms that had moved to the region.

Mr. DeSantis’s administration counts at least 35 large businesses that have moved to the state since the pandemic began. According to Census Bureau data, Florida’s per capita business formation between April 2020 and January 2021 was twice as high as California’s and 75% higher than New York’s.

As for tourism, Mr. DeSantis says “the Panhandle had their best summer and best year ever,” thanks to family road trips from nearby states. Orlando has been somewhat slower to bounce back because it relies more on foreign visitors, and international travel has been almost entirely shut down.

Real estate across the state is booming. Home sales increased 20% in the last six months of 2020 year over year, while the median sales price rose 14.4%. Construction wages and salaries during the third quarter were 3.2% higher in Florida year over year but 4.8% lower in California and 9.3% lower in New York.

“When you talk to home builders, what they’ll tell me is they’ve had the best year,” Mr. DeSantis says. “They’ve noticed more [people moving] from California than they ever have.”

The lesson of Florida’s Covid success story, according to the governor: “We’ve shown people that you can have a good time, you can be safe, and you can make the decision that’s best for you.”

DeSantis previously signed an executive order that prohibits local governments from collecting fines from individuals who violate mask mandates.

Trump proved in Orlando that he can give ten or 12 hard-hitting but soberly uplifting speeches a year and maintain his position as the undisputed Republican leader and principal critic of the administration.

It’s Time to Engineer a New MAGA Machine

"MAGA and America First was never just about one man. It was a populist movement of “forgotten men and women” betrayed by a political establishment convinced its members are above ideas of representative and accountable governance."

The Republican Swamp is still very much full of swamp creatures. It was a key moment of the CPAC speech when the president named and shamed the worst of them, from Mitt Romney to Liz Cheney. The question is, can we find and support enough MAGA candidates to make the fake conservatives irrelevant?

There are some very positive signs that despite not having our man in the Oval Office, MAGA is very much alive and well.

Of course, this includes the double acquittal of President Trump, but it also pertains to the arrival of new Trumpian citizen-politicians on the national stage, such as Lauren Boebert, to local victories and establishment upsets like Mark Robinson, who leveraged his anonymous viral defense of the Second Amendment at a local council meeting to become the first black lieutenant governor of North Carolina.

MAGA 2.0 also includes obvious events, such as Trump establishing his new Office of the Former President and endorsing his first candidate, Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

During an interview on Fox News, Governor Ron DeSantis said the evidence is clear that in-person education hasn’t caused COVID-19 outbreaks. Democrats, including Biden, are listening more to teachers’ unions than the science.

“This is just purely being subservient to a special interest, and Biden has been one of the worst in it, because when he says, ‘My goal is to get 50% of the schools in person in 100 days,’ ... we’ve already had that,” DeSantis said. “His goal should have been yesterday to get everybody back in school, but he can’t do that because he doesn’t want to upset the teachers’ union.”

School closures have disproportionately affected students from low-income, blue-collar and middle-class families, the Governor said.

“The wealthy son and daughters of, say, elected officials and other powerful people, they’re sending their kids in person in private schools, but they’re not affording that right to the folks who need to go to the public school system.”

According to NBC News, "There are signs across racial and ethnic demographic groups that Republicans are becoming the party of blue-collar Americans and the change is happening quickly."

Over the last 10 years, the percentage of “blue-collar voters” who describe themselves as Republicans grew by 12 points, while at the same time, the number in that group who identify as Democrat went down eight points.

The GOP saw a 13-point increase in Hispanic blue collar workers.

Black blue-collar workers also increased from five percent to 12 percent over the last 10 years.

Republican Rep. Mike Waltz has introduced a resolution urging the U.S. to boycott the 2022 Winter Olympic Games in Beijing if they are not moved, saying the U.S. "cannot in good conscience" have American athletes celebrating an event hosted by "a brutal dictatorship" and warning that China's Communist Party would be "emboldened by the legitimacy conferred by the Olympics."

Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., earlier the month also introduced a resolution in the Senate, calling on the International Olympic Committee to move the 2022 Winter Olympics out of China and rebid it to another country unless Beijing "immediately addresses its egregious and numerous violations of human rights." Scott has been calling for the IOC to move the games from Beijing for over a year.

"Think about what we've gone through in the last year as a country – what it is doing to our children, to our elderly, to our families in terms of the coronavirus," Waltz told Fox News, saying it is "indisputable at this point that the Chinese Communist Party covered" the virus up.

"So you have that, on top of, what is increasingly coming to light a genocide – forced labor, internment," Waltz continued. "To see the American flag and to see American athletes in Beijing celebrating what is the worst of the worst authoritarian regimes right now – I can’t imagine it."

"It makes me sick to think of the Olympics – in just 11 months – being celebrated in Beijing after all of that." 

Waltz added that his resolution is "focused on the CCP." "There is no issue with the amazing culture and long history of the Chinese people. They are being brutalized by the Chinese government."

As Governor DeSantis notes schools have been open for in-person tuition all year and almost all businesses are operating without issue.  Millions of people are flowing into the Sunshine state as they flee the totalitarian dictates from Democrat governors.

Additionally DeSantis outlines the issues with Big Tech capturing confidential information from Floridan’s cell phones.  The privacy issues are being addressed by the FL legislature.

DeSantis says the threats from the Biden administration to institute a travel ban on Florida are unconstitutional.

On Wednesday, February 10, 2021, the House Criminal Justice Committee heard and PASSED HB-259

HB-259 is a bill to restore the private property rights of religious institutions.

Rep Webster Barnaby stood up vocally for Volusia County and for America today when he voted YES on the vote for firearms at churches. The Bill, HB #259,  will allow licensed holders to carry on church property just like on other private property , unless a specific church prohibits it. The law as it reads today says if you have a school on the church property, firearms are prohibited; and that would include Saturdays and Sundays when school isn’t even in session.

Barnaby rose in support of this bill and self identified himself as a minister of the gospel and a proud member of the NRA. He felt it important to recognize that our right to keep and bear arms, as the Constitution says, “SHALL NOT be infringed”.

HB #259 will now head to the next committee. 

Rep Elizabeth Fetterhoff, also from Volusia County,  is on the same committee and also voted YES.

Florida Governor DeSantis discussed the position of his state during a segment of a COVID update press conference from Port Charlotte, Florida.
