The President's MAGA Army is 80 Million Strong

Trump's legal team made its opening argument to the public

    .
Shortly after noon Eastern Time, some Trump legal team members assembled for a press conference to bring the media up to speed about what Trump’s team believes it can prove in terms of election fraud. For regular American Thinker readers, much of what they said was old news. For the media, though, it was new information, and they were not happy.
    .
Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell were the main speakers, with Jenna Ellis having a small backup role. Giuliani discussed the non-computer related shenanigans in the various jurisdictions. He asserted that the Trump team had collected hundreds of affidavits attesting to old-fashioned vote stealing. He talked about illegal ballots, which primarily came in via the mail, faked vote counts, and illegal efforts to prevent Republicans from observing the counts. Giuliani declined to make all but one of the affidavits available to the assembled reporters. His reason was simple: He knew that the media would immediately begin to harass the...(Read Full Post)

    Re: yesterday's (Nov.19) news...

    • The first Georgia vote recount (the one where we were allowed 1 observer per 10 tables) is complete, and - surprise, surprise - Biden is still in the lead. We expected that. The enemy has had 4 years to plan how to game the system, and is absolutely brazen about continuing to block lawful oversight. But, not to fear: Trump's legal team has already prepared legal ripostes to this farce. They'll demand a second recount and file a suit, today or tomorrow, to prevent certification of the fraudulent GA results.
    • Regarding yesterday's news conference, the one officiated by Rudy Guiliani: the Trump legal team HAS THE GOODS on the fraudsters! They are going to present a combination of testimonial, technological and statistical evidence to the courts, but are waiting to get out of the minor leagues (the state courts), in order to make their case at the federal level. Exciting days are ahead.

Remember, folks: the Trump legal team does NOT have to prove that particular persons or organizations committed specific acts of election fraud. They only have to prove that it's more likely than not that election fraud occurred and do so by a preponderance of the evidence

Q: Will Donald Trump quit fighting for US?

In a stunning reversal Wayne County Board of Canvassers Chairwoman Monica Palmer [affidavit here] and fellow GOP member William C. Hartmann [affidavit here] have filed affidavits rescinding their prior vote to certify the election in Wayne County, Michigan.

The two board members cite threats against their family as the pressure put upon them to certify the Detroit area vote against their original decision not to certify.

    Nov. 17 -- THE 2020 ELECTION HEIST

It is insane that a number of states, including all of the ones that are in dispute, are utilizing election software from a foreign country, which had been flagged for its vulnerability to hacking and other "glitches," from a company run by an executive who is anti-Trump. Even crazier was Powell informing listeners that votes were being sent via the internet to foreign countries for tabulation and then retransmitted back to the states for posting.

Trump campaign attorney Rudy Giuliani appears on NewsMax TV to outline the current state of multiple lawsuits being filed against states who illegally manipulated ballot counting procedures during the overnight hours on election night.

The common thread between 10 regional locations was the processing of mail-in ballots without allowing any republican poll watcher to observe.  In addition to Pennsylvania, a pattern emerges within Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada and Georgia.  Within those states there are specific areas where the sketchy ballots were assembled and counted.

    Update from Chairman Joe Gruters
    11-09-20

This election is far from over and we are fighting for a fair accounting of legal votes. After the amazing success by Florida Republicans on Election Day up and down the ballot — which stunned the media and Democrats nationally — the battle goes on in other states and we are jumping in to help.

The Republican Party of Florida has deployed volunteers and resources to our Georgia neighbors to provide the wherewithal they need to ensure that all legal votes are counted and any election fraud is uncovered and prosecuted.

In Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Michigan and Wisconsin there is litigation going on to ensure a fraud-free result, and we are monitoring those closely and will keep you updated. The nation gave Al Gore 37 days to make his case for overturning the results in 2000 when only one state was in doubt. The American people deserve ample time to know that this race was properly handled — not rushed to a conclusion when multiple states remain in doubt.

We will also be providing significant support for the two Georgia runoff races for the U.S. Senate, which will determine who controls the upper chamber. The stakes could not be higher in that January 5 race. To contribute to the runoff campaigns where Democrats will be pouring in hundreds of millions of dollars for the other side, go here: https://secure.winred.com/georgians-for-kelly/perdue-for-senate-defend-the-majority

More than 20 Republican women are headed to the U.S. House, six of whom flipped seats to the GOP on election night, including Floridian Maria Elvira Salazar, a Cuban-American former TV anchor for Telemundo, defeated Democrat Donna Shalala in Miami-Dade.

I am a realist about things but I am an optimist. I would follow Donald Trump through the gates of Hell for all he has done for this country. Not just the policy things, which in any honest assessment of history were phenomenal, but his desire to finally make government accountable and break up the racket that's been rotting this country from the inside since the end of World War 2.

I came to the conclusion yesterdaythat the President and his team do in fact have not only a case, but have the goods to claim the win. His surrogates took to the airwaves to declare this fight far from over while all of us oscillated between wild optimism and the depths of depression. Let's be real: the evil that is arrayed against Trump and us is vast and deep.

Despite the constant character assassination for well over five years, Donald Trump I believe does have integrity .. this man knows he has a case and he is going to fight all the way to the very end for vindication and justice. And that is why I'm not going to give up on him.

As of this writing the indefatigable leader of the MAGA movement gathered 71 million votes for his re-election, and still climbing.  Subtract the fraudulent and manipulated ‘mail-in’ ballots from the Biden operation and you have a reality of 71 million MAGA army members staring toward an opposition front containing battalions of cardboard cutouts.

No amount of media spin is going to change the reality of that political landscape.

Regardless of whether Donald Trump’s legal arsenal is able to overcome the entrenched media operations drum-beating a deafening noise to distract from the 2020 fraud, that MAGA army is solidly behind our leader.

Drain The Swamp - Break The Federal Bureaucracy's Power Over U.S.

Thanks to President Trump’s latest executive order, there’s panic across every administrative agency in Washington

“Executive Order on Creating Schedule F In The Excepted Service." Behind that bland title lurks an earthquake that may finally break the permanent bureaucracy’s stranglehold on federal politics and bring more accountability to the American government.

The directive strips long-held civil service protections from employees whose work involves policymaking, allowing them to be dismissed, much like the political appointees who come and go with each administration.

Civil service experts and union leaders estimated anywhere from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands in a workforce of 2.1 million could be effected.

In theory, the federal bureaucracy is a subset of the Executive branch. Its purpose is to act as the President’s agent in carrying out the laws that Congress passes. Also, in theory, the people working in the federal bureaucracy act strictly without partisanship.

In fact, those theories are malarky. Over the past four years, we’ve learned that agency employees believe themselves to be an unaccountable fourth branch of government.

There’s yet another problem with the federal bureaucracy: It acts as an unelected legislature. Congress has repeatedly ceded to administrative agencies the power to dictate how businesses and individuals can function in America ,, and the administrative agencies aren’t answerable to anybody.

These unfettered administrative agencies, collectively, are the Swamp. The Swamp’s members have attempted a coup against the White House; they have set up an internal resistance against their constitutional boss, President Trump; and they have actively harassed people who don’t toe the Democrat party line.

    READ IT ALL

OH BY THE WAY .. here’s the deal about this executive order: If Trump is reelected, the order will eventually go into effect, and Trump will finally be given a free hand to clean out the Swamp, getting rid of partisan actors, and keeping in place employees who are dedicated to working for the American people.

However, if Biden is elected, he will immediately rescind this executive order. You can then expect the Swamp to grow even more powerful in an administration that has as its primary goal expanding the government into every area of American life.

Biden's October Surprise - YOU WILL WEAR A MASK .. or else

Joe Biden Promises Forced National Mask Mandate and Regulatory COVID Nightmare When Elected

    • Think about the federal government using mandates for enforced national COVID-19 compliance rules. Think about USDA (Dept of Agriculture) and OSHA federal inspections for social distancing (etc) in all businesses, not just restaurants.
    • Think about the COVID-19 regulatory and compliance system and what political beneficiaries stand to gain.
    • Think about how the Dept. of Labor (complaint division) can be weaponized against political opposition based on arbitrary inspections under the guise of employee health and safety…. using federal COVID compliance rules.
    • Think about the larger Green New Deal (goals and objectives), and then contrast those objectives while aligning an overlay map of how federal COVID mitigation rules can be applied as a back door to the EXACT SAME objective.
    • Far, far, far, beyond masks…. Workspaces being forced to be redesigned. New rules on labor density. New rules on labor proximity. New rules on uniforms. New rules on hand-washing stations. New rules on sick pay, shift hours, time-off when a COVID infection is detected in the workplace.

Think about everything from rules on surfaces, to rules on packaging, to rules on ALL business operations as an outcome of federal regulatory policy under the guise of CVOID-19 mitigation. OSHA, Labor, Agriculture, Transportation, Energy, Education, Housing, Health and Human Services, and even federal building permits… the entire regulatory system and compliance network.

As you watch this video from Biden’s campaign today it is important to remember state government officials have already moved to define “essential businesses” and “essential workers” during the forced shut-downs.  That is going to become a bigger issue downstream; however, for now just watch closely what Joe Biden is saying here

Donald Trump Jr. visits TRUMP COUNTRY!

    SATURDAY OCT. 17

    Hard Fought - Hard Won

    GUEST: JOHN D. O'CONNOR

The conventional wisdom of Watergate is turned on its head by Postgate, revealing that the Post did not uncover Watergate as much as it covered it up. The Nixon Administration, itself involved in a coverup, was the victim of a journalistic smoke-screen that prevented mitigation of its criminal guilt. As a result of the paper’s successful misdirection, today’s strikingly deceptive partisan journalism can be laid at the doorstep of the Washington Post.

Financial Disclosures Lay Bare Pelosi’s Dirty Money Is In Deep With Company Connected To The Russian Hoax

CrowdStrike, the cybersecurity firm famously blamed Russia for hacking the Democratic National Committee and taking its data has gotten some big money from the Pelosi’s. The company also was the only entity to examine the DNC servers.

The just-released film, based on the book of the same name by Lee Smith, contends the Russian collusion accusations came not from Team Trump's misdeeds but from a cabal of D.C. insiders, known to Trump supporters as the "deep state."

The movie is available now via two streaming outlets linked to from the film's website, and it's expected to be available on Amazon, iTunes, Vimeo and select theaters in the coming days.

The film's central thesis enjoyed a sizable boost in recent months due to newly released documents tied to the Russia collusion narrative.

In May, we learned that the FBI knew as early as January 2017 that it had no credible evidence Trump's campaign colluded with Moscow. The investigation continued for another two-plus years all the same.

More recently, documents suggested Hillary Clinton might have created the "Russian Collusion" narrative to distract from her own e-mail scandal.

Who won the Vice Presidential Debate?

Presidential Debate Commission Ideology Exposed –

Chairman Connected to Soros, Color Revolution and Steele Dossier Group

“The nominally Republican Chairman of Presidential Debate Commission, Frank Fahrenkopf, is both a co-founder and current board member of the International Republican Institute (IRI), a top “Color Revolution” propaganda outfit. The IRI was run by Never Trump neoconservative John McCain for decades. It is closely linked to the thoroughly discredited Steele Dossier at the center of the Russia Hoax.”

    They Are Coming Home

Oct. 8, 2020 - A message from President Trump updating on the status of the United States military.

“I took over a depleted military -- old equipment, broken equipment.” He spent $2.5 trillion to provide the military with equipment that’s never been better. “New tanks and planes. F-35s. All of the best of everything nobody thought was possible. The military has never been in stronger shape whether it’s rockets or missiles or anything you can name. We’re building a lot of ships right now. We’re getting our Navy back to where it should be.”

As for veterans, Trump said his administration put “accountability” in place at the VA that has been absent for 45 years.

“VA would be treating people badly and we couldn’t do anything about the people that were treating our great soldiers, our great heroes badly. Now you fire them right away because of accountability. For 45 years they were trying to get that.”

“Our military has never been in stronger shape. There’s never been a president that has your back like I do."

China has issued new threats at Taiwan ... "prepare for war."

China on Wednesday issued new threats aimed at Taiwan, telling the island's opposition party to "prepare for war."

In a column in China's state-sponsored Global Times, editor in chief Hu Xijin warned, "As the secessionist forces' arrogance continues to swell, the historical turning point is getting closer."

"The only way forward is for the mainland to fully prepare itself for war and to give Taiwan secessionist forces a decisive punishment at any time," he also wrote.

The nation's opposition party has been seeking closer cooperation with the United States. But Hu wrote: "The more trouble Taiwan creates, the sooner the mainland will decide to teach Taiwan independence forces a hard lesson."

North Carolina Democrat Implodes -- and takes Biden down with him

    N. Carolina Dem Candidate For Senate Sexting Scandal Explodes

Democrat candidate for Senate in North Carolina, Cal Cummingham sexting scandal has exploded. People are starting to call on Cummingham to drop out of the race and the Army Reserves has opened an investigation.

Jeremy Todd is the husband of one of the women Cummingham was having an affair with, he is also a veteran that was severely injured during a parachute jump.

Cummingham is still in the Army Reserve and is assigned to the 134th Legal Operations Detachment at Fort Bragg, for the U.S. Army Reserve Legal Command. It is a violation of the Uniform Code Of Military Justice to have an affair and it’s abhorrent that a senior officer would have an affair with a junior officer’s wife.

“The Army Reserve is investigating the matters involving Lt. Col. James Cunningham. As such, we are unable to provide further details at this time,” said Army Reserve Command, which is based at Fort Bragg, in a statement.

“If elected, I can only imagine how misplaced his judgment would be for the people he’s charged to represent,” Todd said. “I firmly believe Mr. Cunningham should drop out of the Senate race and ask that his behavior and actions be reviewed under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.”

  • CRIMINAL - Evidence now made public shows Russia Collusion was a Clinton inspired hoax

WATCH: Don Jr. sounds off on declassified notes from John Brennan “we knew all along”

    Begin @ 5:40.

    By John SolomonUpdated: October 6, 2020 - 11:16pm

According to a half dozen current and former U.S. intelligence officials who know the real story:

The CIA decision to alert the FBI in September 2016 that there was intelligence showing the Russians believed Hillary Clinton was "stirring up" a false collusion narrative to "vilify" Donald Trump was sent as a red flare, one of several warnings that the bureau had embarked on a fool's errand that could become a source of acute institutional embarrassment.

Likewise, America's premier spy agency also warned America's premier law enforcement agency it was focused on the wrong guy in Trump adviser Carter Page. CIA told FBI that Page was a U.S. intelligence asset, not a Russian stooge. The FBI hid that crucial information from the FISA Court, in one instance even falsifying a document.

Evidence now made public shows at least 10 separate Clinton allies fed collusion allegations to the FBI in 2016 and early 2017, an avalanche of political pressure aimed at getting agents to investigate Trump during the campaign and after his election win.

    Trump returns to White House

    *********

"I most of all appreciate what's been said by the American people— by almost a bipartisan consensus of American people," President Trump said yesterday in a video from the hospital. "It's a beautiful thing to see. And I very much appreciate it, and I won't forget it, I promise you that."

"So it’s been a very interesting journey. I learned a lot about COVID. I learned it by really going to school. This is the real school. This isn’t the ‘let’s read the book’ school. And I get it. And I understand it. And it’s a very interesting thing. And I’m going to be letting you know about it. In the meantime, we love the USA, and we love what’s happening. Thank you.”

Trump's battle with COVID could humanize him among swing voters, suburban women.
