BORDER CRISIS: Doing More Than Democrats, Mexico Sending 15,000 Troops to U.S. Border

The move appears to be linked to an effort on behalf of Mexico to stave off tariffs threatened by President Donald J. Trump if the country continues to let migrants flow through unfettered into the United States. Two weeks ago, Mexico agreed to station troops at its own southern border to halt the influx of Central American migrants.
