Karen Jaroch is a licensed professional engineer who graduated from the University of South Florida and worked several years in manufacturing before becoming a stay-at-home mom to her and her husband Mike's four children. After years of volunteering in her children's schools, in 2009 she followed her passion into politics as a campaign volunteer and later started a county PAC fighting a local sales tax hike, managed a 2012 campaign office, and for the past seven years, Karen has represented Heritage Action, the advocacy arm of The Heritage Foundation. She is based in Tampa but her Gulf States region includes Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Lousiana.
