Dear Members, guests and friends, 

We are sorry to have to cancel our luncheon for this Wednesday.  It has come to our attention that there may be a high risk of infection from the Coronavirus.  

The BOD has deemed the situation too tenuous to expose those who were planning on attending. 

This information is coming in late this evening and we are looking at the club’s options about the food. 

Will keep all informed as information becomes available. 

If you had guests attending that we have no email addresses for please call them and let them know but also email Vickie Stewart with the information so that we can be assured they were contacted and notified.
