N. Carolina Dem Candidate For Senate Sexting Scandal Explodes
Democrat candidate for Senate in North Carolina, Cal Cummingham sexting scandal has exploded. People are starting to call on Cummingham to drop out of the race and the Army Reserves has opened an investigation.
Jeremy Todd is the husband of one of the women Cummingham was having an affair with, he is also a veteran that was severely injured during a parachute jump.
Cummingham is still in the Army Reserve and is assigned to the 134th Legal Operations Detachment at Fort Bragg, for the U.S. Army Reserve Legal Command. It is a violation of the Uniform Code Of Military Justice to have an affair and it’s abhorrent that a senior officer would have an affair with a junior officer’s wife.
“The Army Reserve is investigating the matters involving Lt. Col. James Cunningham. As such, we are unable to provide further details at this time,” said Army Reserve Command, which is based at Fort Bragg, in a statement.
“If elected, I can only imagine how misplaced his judgment would be for the people he’s charged to represent,” Todd said. “I firmly believe Mr. Cunningham should drop out of the Senate race and ask that his behavior and actions be reviewed under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.”

According to a half dozen current and former U.S. intelligence officials who know the real story:
The CIA decision to alert the FBI in September 2016 that there was intelligence showing the Russians believed Hillary Clinton was "stirring up" a false collusion narrative to "vilify" Donald Trump was sent as a red flare, one of several warnings that the bureau had embarked on a fool's errand that could become a source of acute institutional embarrassment.
Likewise, America's premier spy agency also warned America's premier law enforcement agency it was focused on the wrong guy in Trump adviser Carter Page. CIA told FBI that Page was a U.S. intelligence asset, not a Russian stooge. The FBI hid that crucial information from the FISA Court, in one instance even falsifying a document.
Evidence now made public shows at least 10 separate Clinton allies fed collusion allegations to the FBI in 2016 and early 2017, an avalanche of political pressure aimed at getting agents to investigate Trump during the campaign and after his election win.

President Donald Trump takes off his facemask as he arrives at the White House upon his return from Walter Reed Medical Center, where he underwent treatment for Covid-19, in Washington, DC, on October 5, 2020.
*********
"I most of all appreciate what's been said by the American people— by almost a bipartisan consensus of American people," President Trump said yesterday in a video from the hospital. "It's a beautiful thing to see. And I very much appreciate it, and I won't forget it, I promise you that."
"So it’s been a very interesting journey. I learned a lot about COVID. I learned it by really going to school. This is the real school. This isn’t the ‘let’s read the book’ school. And I get it. And I understand it. And it’s a very interesting thing. And I’m going to be letting you know about it. In the meantime, we love the USA, and we love what’s happening. Thank you.”
Trump's battle with COVID could humanize him among swing voters, suburban women.

The White House is pleased to release a new report from the Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy entitled “Donald J. Trump: The Buy American, Hire American President.”
This comprehensive report demonstrates that President Trump has not only talked about “Made in the USA,” he has made it a reality across five dimensions of a comprehensive strategy [pdf available here]:
- 1. Buy American Government Procurement;
2. Hire American initiatives;
3. Trade negotiations and tariffs;
4. The defense budget and foreign military sales
- 5. Support for America’s maritime industry
By focusing on “Made in the USA” across these five dimensions, the result has been a long-overdue renaissance in American manufacturing and a significant strengthening of America’s defense industrial base. As President Trump has often said, “Economic security is indeed national security.”

State Supreme Court Strikes Down Emergency Powers Law
The Michigan Supreme Court on Friday struck down a 1945 law that Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) has been using to keep the state locked down since April.
Whitmer has repeatedly extended a “state of emergency” for the past several months and pointed to a World War II-era law to do so, most recently lengthening it until October 27. But today, the basis for the ongoing lockdown was ruled unconstitutional.
“The governor had no right to extend the state of emergency over the Legislature’s objection. Our Constitution matters, and this was a big win for our democratic process.”
“Michigan is now unlocked,” Fred Wszolek, spokesman for Unlock Michigan told Breitbart News.
