“If BLM really cared about black lives, why would it be solely isolated to incidents where a black life is taken at the hands of a white cop? .. That happens less than one percent.”
A group of black Trump supporters lit up a recent Freedom Rally protest in Beverly Hills, California
-
“I’m a proud black American. I’m not oppressed,” he declared as the others shouted in approval.
- “Don’t tell us how you want to help us and don’t tell me that I’m oppressed because I’m not oppressed,” he continued.
- “I’m one of the freest persons in this world,” he said.
- “I kneel for no man. I only kneel to God,” another said.

- More Than Half of San Francisco Stores -- 54% -- Are Closed, And Many Are Never Re-Opening
More than half of all storefronts in San Francisco are no longer in business due to COVID-19, according to the survey by the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. "The survey showed only 46 percent of storefront businesses in San Francisco that were open at the beginning of the pandemic are still operating," said Jay Cheng, spokesman of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce.
I got that from Youtuber Nerdrotic, who himself just fled San Francisco. He and his family were forced to leave -- his wife's previously-hopping hair salon has been forced into shutdown for months and months. He's moving to Texas.
He mentioned that when he was trying to rent a Uhaul for his move, there were 4-6 week waits for Uhauls. That's how in-demand they are. That's how many people are fleeing San Francisco, forever. (He got a Uhaul by driving 90 minutes outside of San Fransisco to find one outlet that had one to rent.)
I mention this because New York City is now experiencing huge lines to rent Uhauls.
It is becoming quite clear that the more heated the anti-Trump, anti-American rhetoric becomes, the more desperate the Left is .. fearful of losing the election and, more crucially, the Democrats as champions of the underdog that has kept them in power for many decades. Much of that power also came from controlling the news media but, with reporters insisting that the protests are peaceful while their hair singes from a flaming building right behind them, that illusion has gone up as well.
And back in New York, as Bill DeBolshevik dumps drug addicts and derelicts on the Upper West Side, residents have had enough. Adding insult to injury, the Legal Aid Society has called residents racist for objecting!
Moving trucks were out in force on Manhattan's Upper West Side on Saturday -- leaving Guardian Angels founder Curtis Sliwa practically tripping over the**m. "The mass evacuation of Upper West Siders from NYC is in full effect," Sliwa, who lives on W. 87th Street, lamented, blaming the city's decision this summer to house hundreds of emotionally disturbed homeless and recovering addicts in neighborhood hotels.
"They were stacked up," Sliwa told The Post of the four trucks he saw as he took a morning walk on Saturday. Stopping at each truck, he was told each was heading out of state. No sooner had Sliwa stepped out of his apartment building -- where nine out of the 12 units are empty -- than he saw the first moving truck of the morning. It was the eighth truck he's seen on his block in less than two weeks.
The big question is will those fleeing the city bring their voting habits with them?

Polling Shows President Trump Is Way Up in Polls - Overall Vote, Electoral College and Swing States
************
I stayed up past my bedtime on August 28, 1968, a Wednesday, and watched rioters at theDemocratic National Conventionin Chicago hand the presidential election to Richard Nixon. I was sixteen years old.
The contrast between the Democrats’ violent convention and the Republican law-and-order convention was not lost on America. There was zero civil unrest in Miami in 1968. Richard Nixon said this in his acceptance speech:
"As we look at America, we see cities enveloped in smoke and flame. We hear sirens in the night. We see Americans dying on distant battlefields abroad. We see Americans hating each other; fighting each other; killing each other at home. And as we see and hear these things, millions of Americans cry out in anguish. Did we come all this way for this?
Nixon would go on to take ill-advised actions that would cost him the presidency. But in 1968 he won in an Electoral College landslide. In 1972 he won a second term with 520 Electoral College votes and the fourth largest popular vote margin in American history.
