The CCP advances their authoritarian agenda using its home-grown Virus

Today, behind the cloak of a pandemic the Chinese Communist Party itself created, the CCP seeks to advance its strategic hegemony .. as pro-China propagandists seek to advance a pro-authoritarian government narrative.

In mid-November, new pneumonia cases from a novel coronavirus start appearing in Wuhan.

On Dec. 30, Dr. Li Wenliang sends a message to fellow doctors in a chat group warning of human-to-human transmission and community spread. He and seven other whistleblowers are detained by police and censured. Dr. Li later dies from the virus.

On Dec. 31, local Chinese officials bleach the Wuhan wet market.Doing this destroys the best possible evidence that could determine whether the wet market is the source of the coronavirus. Meanwhile, the virus samples gathered have yet to be shared with the world.

From early December through Jan. 20 this year, the CCP hides the virus from the world behind the shield of a puppet World Health Organization.China denies international experts and those from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention access to Wuhan to study the virus.

On Jan. 7, Chinese President Xi Jinping issues demands to a CCP Politburo Standing Committee to “contain the outbreak.” Yet Xi allows Chinese diplomats to travel to the White House a week later to shake the hands of President Trump and his trade team. Only after the Phase I trade deal with the U.S. is signed on Jan. 15 does Xi reveal on Jan. 20 the “demon” virus the Chinese Communist Party has allowed to spread.

On Jan. 14, the WHO tweets that “preliminary investigations conducted by Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission” of the coronavirus.

On Jan. 21, despite promising in the Jan. 15 trade deal not to steal American intellectual property, the Wuhan Institute of Virology – where the deadly virus may well have originated – applies for a patent on Remdesivir, a therapeutic developed by an American company. The clear objective: break the American patent.

By late January, the CCP locks down internal domestic travel but keeps international travel open until the end of March. While more than 5 million Chinese citizens flee Wuhan before its lockdown, hundreds of thousands of Chinese citizens fly around the world spreading the virus, thereby turning what could have been a contained outbreak in Wuhan into a global pandemic.

On Jan. 31, President Trump suspends and limits the entry into the United States of foreign nationals who had been in People’s Republic of China within 14 days of their attempted entry into the United States. The CCP calls it an “overreaction” .. A day later presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden calls Trump a “xenophobe.”

While hiding the China virus from the world, the CCP turns from a large net exporter of personal protective equipment (PPE) to a huge net importer.  China’s PPE hoarding including over 2 billion coveted N-95 masks – helps create a deadly shortage among doctors and nurses from Milan to New York and beyond.

After the Wall Street Journal publishes an opinion piece (not a news article) on Feb. 3 criticizing the Chinese virus response, the CCP revokes the credentials of three Journal reporters based in Beijing on Feb. 19. A month later, it revokes the credentials of reporters from The New York Times and Washington Post and – in violation of Hong Kong’s Basic Law – extends the bans to reporting from Hong Kong.

In late January, Beijing officials prevent the Wuhan Institute of Virology from sharing sample isolates of the novel coronavirus with the University of Texas biocontainment lab. This overrules an initial agreement by the Wuhan lab to share these samples. The CCP installs People’s Liberation Army Maj. Gen. Chen Wei, the Chinese military’s top epidemiologist and virologist, into a senior position at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

As the CCP quells the outbreak in Wuhan, in part by barricading citizens into their own homes, it uses its vast stockpile of PPE to profiteer. Chinese enterprises hawk masks, gloves, gowns, and goggles at huge markups – even selling PPE at inflated prices back to countries like Italy that had originally provided the PPE.

To further profiteer, China begins to flood world markets– from Spain, Turkey and the Netherlands to Georgia, the Czech Republic and the United States – with defective test kits and PPE.  Rather than fix the problems, the CCP blames “user error.”

On April 4, following a well-established playbook of capitalizing on international crises, a Chinese Coast Guard vessel sinks a Vietnamese fishing trawler. The CCP then adds 80 more islands, reefs and other sea features to further assert its false territorial claims in the South China Sea. The U.S. State Department warns the CCP to “stop exploiting the distraction or vulnerability of other states to expand its unlawful claims.”

On April 24, Europe bows to CCP pressure by whitewashing China’s culpability in a European Union report on disinformation campaigns about the virus. On April 30, in a demonstration of “Wolf Warrior” diplomacy that rejects any acknowledgment of blame, the CCP warns the Netherlands to change the name of its de facto embassy in Taiwan or face a halt in PPE and a Chinese boycott of Dutch products.

On April 29, a senior CCP official blames the Trump administration for “wasting weeks after the threat posed by the virus first became apparent.”

On May 13, the FBI and Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency issue warnings that hackers with links to the CCP are attempting to steal the intellectual property of the American and other foreign companies seeking to develop a vaccine – this despite a CCP promise in the Phase I China trade deal to stop stealing America’s intellectual property.

On May 18, the CCP promises $2 billion over two years in assistance for the pandemic response globally. This is a fraction of the more than $9 billion in U.S. funding to benefit the global China virus response and less than China borrows from the World Bank. China has failed in its attempt to block 193 other member states from adopting a resolution that calls for an impartial, independent, comprehensive investigation into the WHO’s response and the origins of the virus. But the CCP has already begun to try and stall these important investigations.

On May 22, after subduing Hong Kong protesters with a lockdown and “under the cover of the virus,” the CCP moves in for the democracy kill with a new security law.

  • This law will put Chinese security officials into the streets of Hong Kong, escalate surveillance of Hong Kong citizens, and impose a social credit score system designed to punish peaceful protests and dissent.
  • This jackboot follows the April arrest of 81-year old Martin Lee, the founder of Hong Kong’s Democratic Party; news publisher Jimmy Lai; and more than 10 prominent pro-democracy leaders.

Book Recommendation -

The January 17, 2017 publication of David Horowitz’s Big Agenda: President Trump’s Plan to Save America, was a comprehensive account and vigorous vindication of Trump’s platform and it became a New York Times bestseller.

Now Horowitz has published a follow-up book entitled Blitz: Trump Will Smash the Left and Win. Short, snappy, and supremely savvy, it’s the definitive summing-up of Donald Trump’s efforts during the last three years to enact his “big agenda” -- and of his enemies’ obsessive campaign to foil those efforts at every turn.

"Almost unique among Republican political figures, Donald Trump had a background that provided him with a certain immunity in his own mind against such attacks. He had spent most of his public life as a supporter of liberal Democrat causes. This gave him a confidence in his core values that enabled him to avoid being intimidated by leftwing attacks on his moral character, particularly the charges that he was racist, sexist, and homophobic. Because Trump was not cowed by political correctness, he could position himself as the leader of a movement to defend traditional American values, and a critic of Democrat hypocrisies."

The key words here are “confidence in his core values.” Unlike so many career politicians, Trump actually believed in something. And belief is a rock. Belief keeps you upright and keeps you from blowing this way and that even in a strong wind. Belief made Trump dive into the swamp in the first place. And belief gave him the guts to take the battle to the heart of the Democratic base -- that is, black Americans.

One demographic study after another has shown that the Democrats would never win another presidential election if they lost most of the black vote; and they richly deserve to lose the black vote, because their policies over the last half century have devastated black communities, black families, black schools, and black jobs. But Republicans, not to mention any names (*cough* Mitt Romney *cough*), have been loath to call them on this. Not Trump.

It started during the 2016 campaign. “At a campaign stop in Michigan,” writes Horowitz, “Trump called on African Americans, suffering under the Democrats’ one-party rule, to liberate themselves by leaving the Democrat Party and voting for him. No Republican presidential candidate before him had ever done that.”

Quoting the remarks Trump addressed to black voters on that occasion, Horowitz comments: “It was a devastating indictment -- and irrefutable."

It Begins ... MAGA-AGAIN

The Great American Comeback

RUSH: So, look, we have a roaring economic recovery underway as predicted by Donald Trump: 2.5 million jobs added.

We got no help from the states of New York, California, Illinois. Any of these other blue states that are still shut down, they can’t claim any credit, and they’re not participating in this recovery, either. The red states have made this happen. The red state people are going to back to work, accepting responsibility, reopening their business.

So here’s The Politico tweet 15 minutes before the May jobs report was released.

They couldn’t have been more wrong — and, as a result, they couldn’t have been more disappointed. We have audio sound bites from the Drive-By Media, many of whom are having trouble covering their disappointment, while having to admit it’s a great bit of news and it’s a great day for Trump.

In Nov.2018, when Matthew Whitaker accepted the the appointment to serve as Acting Attorney General of the United States, he unknowingly positioned himself as a target by standing in the way of the most blatant attempt to oust a president in United States history.

Above the Law: The Inside Story of How the Justice Department Tried to Subvert President Trump is Whitaker’s shocking tell-all of his arrival into the belly of the beast—a Department of Justice so heavily infiltrated by the Deep State that it had become a tool for Washington insiders willing to recklessly subvert due process, intervene in Congressional hearings, and undermine the Constitution by flaunting the rightful authority of a President they despised.

Financial Markets Soar

The markets are a picture of what the economy is and what it is expected to be. Company stock prices should reflect the present value of current and future earnings. The markets today have very high hopes of what is coming in the next few months, so much so, that the markets have reached heights never seen before.

Over the past two months, the DOW has gained back more than 7,000 points. The increase is record shattering as the DOW has never gone up more in a two month period.

On March 23rd  DOW 18,592

DOW 26269.89

All of this to deal with the Democrat Party having a rally in D.C.

82nd Airborne Division Arrives

An 82nd Airborne Division’s Immediate Response Force battalion arrived to Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland Monday evening for a civil unrest mission in the nation’s capitol, according to sources.

The IRF battalion — which deployed to Iraq earlier this year to quell Iran-backed violence — brought approximately 750 soldiers, ten Black Hawk helicopters, and four Chinooks.

The aircraft are just one of the ways troops could be transported, but would give the IRF the ability to rapidly deploy to a number of locations in the D.C. Metro area quickly.

Riots and Fires and Urban Warfare .. and Lockdowns

President Trump walked from the White House across Lafayette Park to St John’s Church which was set on fire by protesters Sunday night. Trump held up a Bible in front of the church. He was joined by daughter Ivanka and several other administration officials. As one can imagine, some in the media were not happy. June 1, 2020

Listen - President Trump Rips Into do-nothing Dem governors during conference call

"Had officer Chauvin the sense or the pity to take his knee off George Floyd’s neck before killing the man, we wouldn’t have riots and fires and urban warfare this weekend. But that doesn’t make Floyd’s killing the sole cause of this unrest."

The lockdown riots

"It seems impossible to deny that the lockdowns are a major cause of these once-in-a-generation nationwide protests"

As liberal writer and former Baltimore Sun reporter Alec MacGillis put it, “there's been a massive, unprecedented (since 1918) shock to society over the past two months. Of *course* it is shaping what is unfolding now, in a way that didn't happen in, say, 2015-16,” when other police killings happened.

Gallup in late April found that “the percentage of U.S. adults who evaluate their lives well enough to be considered ‘thriving’ has dropped to 46.4%, matching the low point measured in November 2008 during the Great Recession.”

The share of Americans feeling stress and worry jumped by 50% this Spring. Unemployment, idleness, and fear will do that. Millions of people are without work. Millions of young people are without school. Everybody’s bars, restaurants, and coffee shops are closed.

Cities have removed the rims from basketball courts and threatened fines for getting together with too many of your friends. In cities, which is where the rioters are concentrated, people — particularly minorities and non-affluent young adults — had to deal with the added hassle of social-distancing and mask-policing.

More laws, and more intrusive laws means more potential points of friction between law enforcement and the public, which in turn means more protests, more of which are likely to go south.

Basketball games were broken up. Philadelphia police dragged a man from a bus for not wearing a mask. New York police arrested and handcuffed a mother after she rejected police instructions to wear her mask properly.

For the police, the lockdowns and the virus have added new stresses. The NYPD said that death threats against police rose as they were charged with policing coronavirus rules. With courthouses closed, many police saw all the work they did effectively discarded.

Others resented being asked to police petty infractions of new and unclear rules issued by politicians who never intended for full enforcement of those rules. Finally, when the protestors took to the streets this week, their downtowns already looked like ghost towns.

The anxiety of no school, no pool, no work, no church, and no certainty about the future, combined with added tension with police amid lockdown rules, and suddenly the kindling was a lot dryer, allowing the spark to set off a blaze that is encompassing our whole country.
