“As we look forward to the fights ahead, we cannot, indeed we will not go back to the days of the failed Republican establishment of yesteryear. We are not going to do that.”
The Governor of Florida offered advice to Republicans under attack from the mainstream media and Democrats:
“Don’t seek approval from these people. They don’t like you. They will smear you. They will attack you. The way to win is to fight back and not take it anymore. Don’t let these people set the agenda for our party anymore. Don’t back down”
- The 1776 Commission met in D.C. on Monday May 24th
The statement praises federalism and the primary role of parents in protecting their children from being "taught false narratives or fed hateful lies about our country." Like-minded people should run for school boards, and states and localities should reform their curricula to "teach our true history."
The federal government is seeking to circumvent the Constitution's reservation to the states of unenumerated federal powers (like a power to nationalize educational standards) by incentivizing school districts to adopt its "one-size-fits-all" proposal, which like the Common Core standards is a "blueprint for trivializing and mechanizing learning," the commission said.
The commission is led by Larry Arnn, president of non-taxpayer-funded Hillsdale College, and Carol Swain, a retired law professor at Vanderbilt University. It also includes Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, U.S. Commission on Civil Rights member Peter Kirsanow, historian Victor Davis Hanson and former Mississippi Governor Phil Bryant.
One of the first actions by Joe Biden was to scrap the “1776 Commission,” which was an initiative by President Trump to restore respect for American history. But Donald Trump is not abandoning the fight for America’s freedom and founding principles.
The President’s Advisory 1776 Commission Mission Statement: "To enable a rising generation to understand the history and principles of the founding of the United States in 1776 and to strive to form a more perfect Union. This requires a restoration of American education, which can only be grounded on a history of those principles that is accurate, honest, unifying, inspiring, and ennobling".
Apparently, this was too controversial a mission for the progressives who hate America’s founding, the freedom of Americans to live their own lives, and the Constitutionally limited government that restrains them from carrying out their authoritarian agenda.
Now, Donald Trump is bringing the commission back.
“Members of the 1776 Commission, which Joe Biden disbanded on his first day in White House, are reportedly set to meet again with a renewed focus on combating the teaching of U.S. history based on the Marxist critical race theory,” the Epoch Times reported.
In an interview with Washington Examiner, Matthew Spalding, the 1776 Commission's executive director, said that members of the 1776 Commission will convene next week in Washington on the campus of Hillsdale College. One of their topics will be critical race theory, which sees racism in all aspects of American life.
“When we start going about dividing people by groups, by social identities, and especially by identities that deal with race, and we’re starting to make those kinds of divisions .. it’s a departure away from the historic grounding of civil rights in America, which is that we all are equal.”

Nationally, Republicans are warring not just with Democrats, but themselves.
For a local example, look no further than the homepage of the Volusia County Republican Executive Committee website, showing photos of the 35 GOP House members who voted with Democrats to create a commission examining the events of Jan. 6. The pictures are beneath a headline that starts: “Throw them out.”
Divisions have formed within the Volusia GOP itself. The executive committee is severing ties with three of its clubs, including the Republican Club of Daytona, which has been chartered for 66 years. The other two clubs on the outside are the Republican Club of Ormond Beach Area and the Republican Club of West Volusia. So where Republicans had eight active clubs last November, today they only show four.
All clubs must go through a re-certification process every two years. As part of that process, the clubs must obtain the signatures of the Volusia Republican Executive Committee, comprised of Deering, Committeeman Vic Baker and Committeewoman Debbie Phillips. The clubs must agree to follow all federal and state laws as well as the rules of the Republican Party of Florida and the Volusia County REC.
Deering said problems during last year's election — specifically, clubs and club members endorsing some Republicans over others during the primary — led him to ask the clubs to abide by a set of additional regulations. The Daytona, Ormond and West Volusia clubs refused. None of the club presidents returned calls Friday seeking comment.
Deering said he offered to speak directly to each of the clubs about the necessity of the added regulations. “In this case, only one of the clubs allowed me to speak for three minutes to balance the 35 minutes of their presentation,” he said. “They had a predisposition to go that way. We wish them well. They believe the grass is greener, and that's perfectly OK.”
Deering said none of the national political turmoil within the GOP — differences of opinion on whether or not to support a Jan. 6 commission, Rep. Liz Cheney's leadership position and the belief that former President Donald Trump was cheated out of a second term — were factors in the split between the REC and the local clubs. “Most of us believe the election was stolen, and that will come out in time.”
DeSantis advises Republicans: “The way to win is to fight back and not take it anymore.”
Regime vs. Regime
"We who swear to uphold the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic owe no allegiance whatever to the oligarchy that now runs this country."
The attempt of America’s ruling class to convict 455 persons of “armed insurrection”—i.e. of waging war against the United States, a species of treason—for protesting insufficient scrutiny of the 2020 election on January 6 in the Capitol, while at the same time it excuses and even cheers the burning and looting of courthouses, police stations, and downtowns all over America, is not the exercise of a “double standard". The people in and out of government who do this are not corrupt.
Instead, acting as part of the regime—the oligarchy—they are replacing the American republic and waging war to crush its remains. The sooner Americans realize that we are being governed by people at war with our Constitution and contemptuous of ourselves, the sooner those people may be treated as the enemies they are.
Today’s Justice Department, acting as part and parcel of the oligarchy that calls itself “our democracy” has pushed partisanship to the point of war by one regime in favor of another. Inevitably, this has created the horrid reality of political prisoners among us—people who are being punished for supporting the republic against the oligarchy.
When regimes war on each other, whose side you are on becomes the practical definition of justice. Having been at the Capitol on January 6, or merely in Washington, D.C., has been enough to earn a SWAT team’s intrusion and trashing of one’s home. Other departments of government including the armed forces, plus any number of corporations, examine social media posts for heterodox views.
Though punishment does not always result, spreading fear always does. Which is the main point.

. Nancy Pelosi took time on Thursday to sing the praises of the 35 Republican members for their support of her and the Democrat agenda. The House speaker spoke highly of the GOP members’ vote which she said shows a solidarity to affirming the legitimacy of the 2020 election. (link)
PRESIDENT TRUMP – “See, 35 wayward Republicans—they just can’t help themselves. We have much better policy and are much better for the Country, but the Democrats stick together, the Republicans don’t. They don’t have the Romney’s, Little Ben Sasse’s, and Cheney’s of the world. Unfortunately, we do. Sometimes there are consequences to being ineffective and weak. The voters understand!” (link)

These are the 35 House Republicans who voted to support Nancy Pelosi and the Democrat 2022 election strategy. These “DeceptiCons” voted to authorize a January 6th Commission to coordinate with the DOJ timing of fraudulent trials.
This is the target list for primary challenges in 2022.

“The U.S. has stood with Israel for decades and we won’t let fringe progressives try to divide our alliance.”
Our representative took to Twitter to detail the attacks that now is a “pivotal time for US-Israeli relations” and further assigned the blame to Hamas terrorists for the carnage in the region:
"Israel, our most critical ally, is being attacked by Iranian backed terrorists. Launching rockets at Israeli civilians, while hiding behind their own civilians. We’re not going to let a couple of loud progressive left voices stand between us and our Israeli allies.”
. Waltz’s comments only further the ultimatum given to progressives in the House ... either you stand with Israel, or you stand with the terrorists.
. Why does virtually every statement that comes out of the Biden administration bear zero resemblance to reality?
Perhaps it doesn’t need to when the media goes into full spin mode to cover for Biden’s failures. It's dizzying to watch, given the number of crises they have to deflect attention from
They cover up Democrat perfidy and invent Republican scandals. They try to police our language. They condescend to us. They dox innocent citizens. They lie all the time. They carry water for liberal leakers. Yet, we’re supposed to pretend they deserve our respect and deference, that they are courageous heroes battling for truth. Pfffft.
The most active supporters of censorship in our culture are members of the news media itself, bar none.
See, the media hates us and actively sides with our enemies. It’s always amusing how these hacks do not even bother to hide their full-throated collaboration with the people who want us silenced, disenfranchised, and/or dead, yet get all huffy when we refuse to treat them as the neutral truth-tellers they aren’t.
Our contempt for them is a result of their contempt for us. And as individuals and collectively, we should do whatever we lawfully can to hasten the collapse of the mainstream media as an institution. Harsh? Nah. They are a joke. The media is garbage, and we must treat it as such. What can you do to hasten the destruction of the garbage media?
Number one, don’t patronize it. Don’t subscribe to enemy media outlets. Don’t watch them. Give them nothing.
Number two, never help them. When mainstream media outlets call you to get some info, refuse to help. And tell them why – because they suck. And GOP hacks, you need to rethink going on the media that hates us – I get the idea of speaking to the other side to expose them to the truth, but it won’t work.
Number three, support GOP candidates who will cut off the special privileges the garbage media enjoys. The media now wants additional antitrust exemptions and intellectual property protections from Congress to save it from collapse. How about…no?
Number four, mock the media. There is no institution with a more inflated sense of itself than the press. Your refusal to pretend that these oafs deserve respect causes them no end of fussy fury. So, refuse.

Governor DeSantis held a townhall event at The Villages, and went into more details about both his personal perspectives and his outlook on current political issues that concern the voting electorate.
Statement from Chairman Joe Gruters:
Less than one year ago, the United States entered into The Abraham Accord, a joint statement between Israel, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States as a vehicle to address challenges through cooperation and dialogue in a real effort to advance longstanding peace in the region. Shamefully, Hamas is actively working to destroy the foundation of this agreement by turning growing trust into hate. The free world cannot allow that to occur.
Hamas is a terrorist group that is launching rockets onto the civilian population of Israel. The Israeli’s have every right to defend themselves against terrorists such as Hamas. It should not need reminding that Israel is the only democracy and greatest ally to the United States in the Middle East. The RPOF stands in solidarity with our Jewish friends that call Florida home and Israel especially during these deadly days of attacks against the men, women and children of this great nation.
******Israel Defense Forces @IDFMillions of Israeli civilians are running to bomb shelters as sirens sound across the country.
"With Hamas having sparked what may be a full-scale war in the Middle East, Trump unabashedly and loudly spoke the truth."
"When I was in office we were known as the Peace Presidency, because Israel’s adversaries knew that the United State stood strongly with Israel and there would be swift retribution if Israel was attacked. Under Biden, the world is getting more violent and more unstable because Biden’s weakness and lack of support for Israel is leading to new attacks on our allies.
America must always stand with Israel and make clear that the Palestinians must end the violence, terror, and rocket attacks, and make clear that the U.S. will always strongly support Israel’s right to defend itself. Unbelievably, Democrats also continue to stand by crazed anti-American Rep. Ilhan Omar, and others, who savagely attack Israel while they are under terrorist assault."
The Volusia GOP is growing. RECVC Chairman Paul Deering administered the oath to 14 newly installed precinct committeemen / committeewomen
Florida Republicans are in the Fray at Every Level
We continue to stand in pursuit of honest, transparent elections that Americans can trust, and we will continue to do so until every option is exhausted and we restore election integrity across the nation.
"We're making sure we're enforcing voter ID. We're also banning ballot harvesting.
We're not gonna let political operatives go and get satchels of votes to dump them in some drop box. We're also prohibiting mass mailing of balloting. We've had absentee voting in Florida for a long time. You request the ballot. You get it. And you mail it in. But to just indiscriminately send them out is not a recipe for success."
Warning To Rioters: "If you are in Portland and think you can come down to Florida and do this .. stay out of our state"
"If you look around the country, what happens is, like Portland, these people riot every night. They go, they get their mug shot, and then they get put right back on the street to do it again. That’s what we don’t want.”
He then added that “the minute you harm somebody else, or you harm somebody’s property, you do those types of things, the only way we’re going to put a stop to it is to have very swift penalties for it.”
The Governor pointed out that crime is sparking across the country in areas with lack of support for the police. “There’s a lot of places around this country that have not stood by law enforcement, and the tragedy of it is, you’re seeing a crime spike in certain parts of our country like we haven’t seen in decades,’ he said. “The people that are going to be most affected by that are the most vulnerable members of our society.”
... They're the party of fear, runaway emotions and myth.
"U.S. health officials have refused to say when U.S. health agencies will no longer recommend Americans to wear masks in public. In February, Dr. Anthony Fauci suggested masks could continue to be around into 2022.".
WH COVID Coordinator: In Time, CDC 'Will Allow Vaccinated People More...Privileges to Take Off That Mask'The Biden administration will not be satisfied until 70 percent of Americans are vaccinated. In the meantime, keep your mask handy until the CDC allows you the "privilege" of not wearing one.*************
So what might have happened if lockdowns had never been imposed?
- We would have seen far fewer COVID deaths as effective health care information would have been widely disseminated, focused care of the most vulnerable implemented, and new therapeutics rapidly evaluated.
- Tens of millions of jobs would be intact.
- Black and Hispanic employment would be at record highs.
- Our civil rights, rule of law, and our Constitution would still be intact.
- There would be no vaccine passports.
- Trump would likely still be president.
He should give a short speech and by 12:10 be firing people. Lots of people. And right away."
He needs to fire Christopher Wray at the FBI and most of the failed Bureau’s leadership.
He needs to fire much of the Justice Department.
He needs to rampage through the rest of the bureaucracy, firing to and fro.
Then there’s the Pentagon – there’s a lot of firing to be done there. Trump was always impressed by generals. That was a huge mistake. DeSantis was in the Navy. He gets it .. by the time generals pin on that fourth star, they are all-in on the establishment. Why do you think they are so eager to invoke the woke? Because that’s who they are. Fire them.
Then reach down in the ranks to find the guys who aren’t poisoned by leftism and promote them. And take a serious interest in who gets promoted in the future – don’t rubber stamp the promotion lists the Pentagon generates.Trump used to believe in our institutions and it took him a while to see how totally corrupt they truly are. He thought, for too long, that the DoJ and FBI and other agencies really had America’s interests at heart instead of the liberal establishment’s priorities.
Trump had no (political) Rolodex. Trump had no one to call. That’s a big part of why his administration was staffed with people who had zero loyalty and spent their time undermining him and his policies. It was only at the end that Trump found trustworthy folks who would do their jobs instead of pursue outside agendas.
President DeSantis will not have that problem – there’s a whole generation of experienced conservatives out there to call upon to staff his administration. And they will to be ready to separate the wheat form the chaff when they take up their places. Time to play by the new rules – we didn’t make them, but we need to play by them.

“Supporting our law enforcement and first responders .. to express our gratitude for their selflessness.”
"Some want to defund the police. In Florida, we’re funding them & then some by providing all of our heroes $1,000 bonuses. This represents more than 174,000 first responders across the state!". .,Ron DeSantis announced on Wednesday that his administration is giving $1,000 bonuses to all of Florida’s 174,000 first responders, including law enforcement officers, paramedics, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), and firefighters..The authorization comes following the Governor’s call for the bonuses in March, with the bonuses included in the 2021-22 state budget. While the budget is not yet signed, the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) is working to immediately implement this bonus program, expediting the distribution effort. Approximately $208 million has been allocated from DEO for over 174,000 first responders across the state, including 49,405 sworn law enforcement officers, 40,732 EMTs, 35,811 firefighters and 33,185 paramedics in Florida..
On Thursday May 4th 2017 'Trump Talk Live' producer Vic Baker was preparing for our REC's weekly 7pm radio show. Checking the homepage of Volusia County Department of Elections, what he saw was a milestone in our history:
For the first time ever, going back to the 1870's, Volusia Co. had more registered Republicans than Democrats.
Upon hearing of the county’s shift from Democrat to Republican, Kit Martin, a longtime Daytona Beach resident who was involved in organizing local GOP clubs as early as the 1964 election, had a two-word reaction. “Happy day,” she said.
She recalled the day when she, newly arrived from West Virginia, went to register to vote. She told the elections supervisor’s clerk her party choice. “Are you sure you want to register Republican?” came the response. “I said, ‘What is your name? I think it is illegal to try to influence my registration,’” Martin responded.
Tony Ledbetter, the Volusia County Republican chairman, said the party remained almost 3,000 voters behind Democrats on Jan. 1. He attributes the closed gap to a backlash to negative mainstream media coverage of Trump. Ledbetter views Volusia as a harbinger of Florida, which still tilted Democratic by about 330,000 voters out of a total of 13 million, as of Dec. 31, 2016. “We have a campaign push all over Florida, all 67 counties,” he said. “We’re working to make Florida red.”
More @ Volusia is RED
--- DeSantis ends COVID-19 restrictions statewide
The legislation, passed by the Florida Legislature last week, bars state and local governments from shuttering businesses and schools during health emergencies and bans “vaccine passports.”
“The bill ensures that neither the state or local governments can close businesses or keep kids out of in-person instruction unless they satisfy a demanding and continuous justification,” DeSantis told reporters, adding that Florida is no longer in a state of emergency.
"With his latest pronouncement about Critical Race Theory, DeSantis shows the kind of political courage every Republican politician should have."
"I mean, give me a break. This country has had more opportunity for more people than any country in the history of the world and it doesn't matter where you trace your ancestry from. We've had people who have been able to succeed and all."
"Oh, yes. We're going to protect our girls. I have a four-year-old daughter and a one-year-old daughter, and they're very athletic. And we want to have opportunities for our girls. They deserve an even playing field. And that's what we're doing, with what Mississippi did, with what Florida did, and I know what other states are going to do. So, I look forward to being able to sign that into law."
